Neighborhoods to the South

Driving south on A1A down the barrier island of Palm Beach, you’ll reach the town of Manalapan which occupies the southernmost tip of the island. Manalapan encompasses a broad mix of options – from sprawling ocean-to-lake estates to the more modest homes and townhouses on Hypoluxo Island. Continuing south takes you to the beachfront towns of Ocean Ridge with its lovely Ocean Club, then on to the covetable 1920’s era community of Gulf Stream clustered around its town jewel, the much loved Gulf Stream School.
